Przedsiębiorstwo Techniczno-Handlowe „ MIKRONET” Sp. z o.o. was established in 1988 in Bielsko-Biała. Initially we dealt in importing computer hardware from Singapore to the Polish market. The growth in the microcomputer and IBM PCs resulted in establishing a Computer Department handling sales, support, network services and implementation of application software. Chronologically, we cooperated with the following companies: NEC, DTK, Samsung, Simens, DELL, Since 1990 we have developed the Imports Department, which subsequently started to deal in textile chemicals because of the traditional textile industry existing in Bielsko-Biała. We started to cooperate with Dr.Th.Böhme, Germany to broaden the offering by products of other firms. (Rotta, Setas, Everlight). To streamline our operations a Bonded Warehouse was established in 1992. As the Bielsko-Biała textile industry gradually declined and grew in central Poland, in 1998 actions were taken to open a branch in Łódź.

In 1999 Mikronet bought and refurbished the building in Płocka 3/5 in Łódź, where the Bonded Warehouse was moved and thus the Łódź Branch was established. Large storage area (1500 m2), good access for vehicles and location in central Poland were a strength in Mikronet’s commercial offering.

With the prospect of long-term development of chemical technologies in the textile industry, the Board decided to establish closer relationship with companies that guarantee joint growth on the Polish market.

In the area of dyestuffs this can be ensured by EVERLIGHT CHEMICALS INDUSTRIAL Co. of Taiwan. The company holds all the required certificates (ISO 9001, 9002,14001,18001) and is a member of the prestigious manufacturer ETAD. Additionally, high innovation rage ensures being among world leaders.

As far as auxiliary agents are concerned we cooperate with SETAS KIMYA of Turkey, whose products are continually developed with respect to new technologies and new fabric blends. The company also holds all the required certificates (ISO 9001,9002,14001). Both companies guarantee full process support to our customers and the flexibility with respect to products and prices, so much needed on our market.
